1.            Participation in this Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.            The Offer is being conducted by Telstra Corporation Limited ABN 33 051 775 556 of Level 37, 242 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 ("Promoter").

3.            This Offer is not available with corporate sales.

Contribution Offer

4.            The Offer will be open from 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 4 June 2010 and will continue until 5:00pm AEST on 30 June 2011 or until the Contribution cap in clause 6 is reached ("Offer Period").

Participation is open to sporting associations or sporting leagues (“Participating Association”) and their clubs (“Participating Club”) across Australia who have entered in a True Supporters co-marketing agreement with Telstra. Participating Clubs are listed on www.truesupporters.com.au.

5.            Subject to clause 8, each time a customer during the Offer Period:

(a)          purchases an Eligible Service at a Participating Dealer;

(b)          mentions this Offer; and

(c)          nominates a Participating Club online at www.truesupporters.com.au by inputting their unique campaign code and other requested information,

the Promoter will pay a total contribution of $35 (GST inclusive) (“Contribution”) to the Participating Association that the nominated Participating Club is a member of. 

6.            The Participating Association will then distribute the Contribution in the following manner:

(a)          $25 (GST inclusive) to the Participating Club that is nominated by the customer online; and

(b)          $10 (GST inclusive) to be retained by the Participating Association.

7.            The total Contributions payable by the Promoter to Participating Associations across all sports and leagues are capped at $115,000 (GST inclusive) in total for the Offer Period.

8.            The Contribution is not transferable or exchangeable.

9.            Telstra will provide only one Contribution per Eligible Service connected during the Offer Period (up to a maximum of three Contributions per customer).

10.          Contributions cannot be shared between multiple Participating Clubs and customers must nominate only one Participating Club only to receive the Contribution as set out above.

Eligible Services

11.          Eligible Services are:

(a)      connection to a new Next G™ network mobile phone service on a post-paid Telstra mobile phone plan with a minimum monthly spend of $30 and a minimum 24 month term (migrations to the Next G™ network from another Telstra mobile network are included);

(b)      connection to a new BigPond^® Broadband service (ADSL or Wireless) for a minimum term of 12 months (migrations from a BigPond dial-up service to an eligible BigPond Broadband service are included).

(c)      connection to a Telstra Home Bundle Package

12.          An upgrade or recontract of an existing Telstra service constitutes a connection to an eligible service for this Offer.

13.          Standard eligibility criteria and terms and conditions of the Eligible Service apply.

General

14.          The Participating Dealers are listed in Schedule 1 and will be updated from time to time on www.truesupporters.com.au.

15.          The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Offer is final and binding on each person who participates.  No correspondence will be entered into. 

16.          Any customer who, in the opinion of the Promoter, does not properly comply with these terms and conditions, will be ineligible. The Promoter reserves the right to undertake authenticity checks of proofs of purchase.

17.          By participating in this Offer, the customer understands and agrees that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by the customer on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in the Promoter's Privacy Statement available at www.telstra.com.au/privacy/privacy_statement.html or by calling 1800 039 059. 

18.          To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer.
