Here's how it works:

Step 1:	Visit a participating Telstra store or partner, Telstra.com or a Telstra sales event at your local sports club.
Step 2:	Purchase an eligible Telstra service
Step 3:	Revisit this website, visit the "nominate your club" page, enter your proof of purchase details and nominate your preferred local sporting club from the list available.

Telstra will then contribute $25* to your nominated sporting club.
